一、招聘岗位


岗位一

研究方向:组织再生与药物传输载体材料

合作导师(浙江大学)及团队简介:

韩高荣,浙江大学求是特聘教授、浙江大学材料科学与工程学院院长、中国材料研究学会副理事长、中国硅酸盐学会玻璃分会副理事长、浙江省材料研究学会理事长。主要从事无机生物医用材料、多元氧化物纳米材料、无机功能薄膜材料等研究方向。所获得研究成果在Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Phys. Rev. B.、Appl. Phys. Letter.等国际权威期刊上发表论文400余篇。

合作导师(剑桥大学)及团队简介:

Serena Michelle Best,英国皇家工程院院士、剑桥大学生物医用材料研究中心主任、剑桥大学材料系副主任、英国材料、矿物和采矿学会(IOM3)主席、英国皇家工程院生物医学工程学部主任,是应用羟基磷灰石类材料实现骨组织修复与再生领域的开拓者之一。所获得研究成果发表在生物医用材料领域著名期刊共250篇。曾获得欧洲生物材料学会Jean Leray奖、英国生物材料学会Presidential奖等。担任Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Medicine等多个生物医用材料领域重要期刊的编辑或编委。

联合招收博士后工作计划:第一年,在浙江大学开展组织再生与局部药物传输载体材料的设计制备与微结构表征,合成具有高功能因子装载的载体材料。第二年,在剑桥大学开展该局部药物传输材料的生物学性能评价,撰写论文并投稿于高水平学术期刊上。

研究方向:肿瘤治疗与标志物检测

合作导师(浙江大学)及团队简介:

李翔,浙江大学材料科学与工程学院副教授,英国材料与矿业学会(IOM3)会士(FIMMM)、浙江大学求是青年学者。主要研究方向是新型药物传输和肿瘤诊治材料。相关研究成果在Adv. Mater.、Small、ACS Appl. Mater. Interface、Nanoscale等国际期刊上发表SCI论文80余篇。

合作导师(剑桥大学)及团队简介:

Serena Michelle Best,剑桥大学材料系教授、剑桥大学材料系副主任、剑桥大学生物医用材料研究中心主任,英国材料、矿物和采矿学会(IOM3)主席、英国皇家工程院生物医学工程学部主任,长期从事骨科植入体材料科学及制备技术的研究。曾获得欧洲生物材料学会Jean Leray奖、英国生物材料学会Presidential奖等。所获得研究成果发表在生物医用材料领域著名期刊共250篇。担任Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Medicine等多个生物医用材料领域重要期刊的编辑或编委。

联合招收博士后工作计划: 第一年,在浙江大学开展针对肿瘤治疗的新型纳米材料的构筑研究及合成与表征。第二年,在剑桥大学开展纳米纤维的抗肿瘤的性能研究。完成相关研究的论文撰写并在高水平期刊上发表。


二、选拔条件

1.近三年内获得国内C9高校或第四轮学科评估A+学科或海外顶尖大学博士学位;

2.身体健康,年龄不超过32周岁;

3.有良好的学术表现及学术发展潜力,未来有志于到浙江大学从事教学科研工作。


三、支持措施

1.每个岗位招聘1人,资助期为2年。

2.入选者列入浙江大学博士后特别资助项目,学校给予每人20万元/年的资助,入选者公派赴剑桥大学工作期间,学校额外给予每人15万元/年补充资助。

3.入选者在资助期内享受学校学科博士后相关福利,可申报全国博士后管理委员会相关博士后项目,同时也可以海外顶尖大学访问学者身份申请校外资助的其他经费。


四、考核要求

入选者应根据浙江大学博士后管理工作规定完成相应的考核,完成研究工作并达到相应学科的博士后出站要求后办理出站。在剑桥大学合作发表的学术论文及其他成果可认定为出站成果,鼓励入选者与剑桥大学合作教授联合发表文章,第一署名单位及排名不计先后。


五、选拔程序

1.材料科学与工程学院成立招聘考察小组,对应聘材料进行筛选,通过面试环节对应聘者的科研能力、学术水平全面评估,并与剑桥大学合作导师商议,确定拟录用人选,报学校审批。

2. 申请者需提供以下书面材料:

(1)《浙江大学博士后申请简表》

(2)相关附件材料,主要包括:① 学历学位证书复印件、身份证或护照复印件;② 申报表中列举的所有科研项目、获奖及专利情况的证明复印件;③ 5篇重要代表性论文的全文以及论文他引情况的证明(须经有关检索机构盖章);④ 5篇最具代表性他引论文的全文;⑤ 候选人现任职证明以及在国内外担任的其他重要学术职务的证明;⑥ 在国际学术会议上担任职务的证明以及作大会报告、特邀报告的邀请信或通知复印件;⑦ 其它重要的证明材料。

3.经学校批准录用人员,须登录中国博士后网注册,并按浙江大学博士后进站程序办理进站。


六、其他

1.联合招收博士后计划项目招收的博士后在2年资助期结束时,应及时办理出站。如确因科研工作需要,申请延期出站的,应提前一个月向人事处报批,延长期间的费用由合作导师负责筹集。

2.联合招收博士后计划项目作为学校培养高水平国际化师资的人才储备项目,通过该项目培养的博士后研究人员在聘期内学术能力和业绩表现优秀者,出站后可申请学校“百人计划”或特聘研究员岗位,进入浙江大学预聘轨师资队伍。

Joint Postdoctoral Fellowship Program:School of Materials Science & Engineering of Zhejiang University and University of Cambridge


Ⅰ. Position


1. Position 1

Research Area: Tissue regeneration and Localized drug delivery system

Supervisor at Zhejiang University:

Gaorong Han is a Qiushi Distinguished Professor of Zhejiang University, Dean of School of Materials Science & Engineering of Zhejiang University, Vice-Director of Chinese Materials Research Society, Vice-Director of the Chinese Ceramic Society – Glass committee and Director of Materials Research Society of Zhejiang Province. His major interests cover inorganic biomedical materials, multi-oxide nanomaterials, inorganic functional film materials and other research directions. He has published more than 400 papers in Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Phys. Rev. B., Appl. Phys. Letter. and other international high-impact journals.

Supervisor at University of Cambridge:

Serena Michelle Best is the Director of the Center for Biomedical Materials Research at University of Cambridge, Deputy Director of the Department of Materials at University of Cambridge, Chairman of the British Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3) and Director of Biomedical Engineering at the Royal College of Engineering. She is one of the pioneers in the field of bone tissue repair and regeneration using hydroxyapatite materials. She has published 250 papers in internationally renowned journals in the field of biomedical materials. She has won the Jean Leray Award of the European Society of Biomaterials and Presidential Award of the British Society of Biomaterials. She is the editor or an editorial board member of Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Medicine and other important journals in the field of biomedical materials.

Work Plans (Tentative Schedule):

Year 1: Work with Xiang Li at Zhejiang University on the construction, synthesis and characterization of the localized drug delivery system with high loading capacity of functional factors.

Year 2: Work with Prof. Serena Michelle Best at University of Cambridge on evaluation of biomedical properties of the localized drug delivery system. Prepare and submit manuscripts for publishing in internationally renowned journals.


2. Position 2

Research Area: Nanomaterials for cancer diagnosis and therapy

Supervisor at Zhejiang University:

Xiang Li is an associate professor of School of Materials Science and Engineering of Zhejiang University, Fellow of the British Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3) (FIMMM), and Distinguished Young Scholar of Zhejiang University. His current research is focused on high-tech medical materials for drug delivery and cancer theranostics. He has published more than 80 SCI-indexed papers in Adv. Mater., Small, ACS Appl. Mater. Interface, Nanoscale, Chem. Commun., J. Mater. Chem. B and other international journals.

Supervisor at University of Cambridge:

Serena Michelle Best is a professor and Vice-Director of Department of Materials Science & Metallurgy at University of Cambridge, Director of Biomedical Materials Research Center at University of Cambridge, Chairman of the British Society of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3) and Director of Biomedical Engineering Department of Royal College of Engineering. She has been engaged in researching materials science and preparation technology of orthopedic implant for a long time. She has won the Jean Leray Award of the European Society of Biomaterials and Presidential Award of the British Society of Biomaterials. Her research results have been published in 250 well-known journals in the field of biomedical materials. She is the editor or an editorial board member of Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Medicine and other important journals in the field of biomedical materials.

Work Plans (Tentative Schedule):

Year 1: Work at Zhejiang University on the construction, synthesis and characterization of novel nanofibers for cancer therapy and tissue regeneration.

Year 2: Work at University of Cambridge on the anti-cancer and tissue repairing properties of nanofibers. Prepare and submit manuscripts for publishing in internationally renowned journals.


Ⅱ. Eligibility

1. A Ph.D. degree within the recent three years from domestic C9 universities, or from “A plus” disciplines of the fourth round of national discipline assessment by China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center, or from top overseas universities.

2. Good health; under 32 years old.

3. Good academic performance and research capability. Interested in teaching and research positions at Zhejiang University in the future.


Ⅲ. Funding

1. One quota for each position. The successful candidates will be funded for two years. The full salary will be 200,000RMB/year from Zhejiang University. An additional grant of 150,000RMB/year will be supplied during the period of work at University of Cambridge by Zhejiang University.

2. Successful candidates will also enjoy the benefits of common postdoctoral program at Zhejiang University in projects application. They can also apply for other external funding as a visiting scholar at the top university abroad.


Ⅳ. Assessment requirements

The candidates should fulfill the corresponding assessment according to the post-doctoral management regulations of Zhejiang University, complete the research work, and reach the post-doctoral requirements of the corresponding disciplines. The selected candidates are encouraged to jointly publish articles with professors at University of Cambridge. Academic papers and other achievements published together with professors at University of Cambridge can be regarded as the achievements of the postdoctoral program.


Ⅴ. Application Procedure

1. The School of Materials Science & Engineering will set up a recruitment committee and comprehensively evaluate the research ability and academic level of the candidates through interview processes and report to Zhejiang University for approval after discussion with the professor at University of Cambridge.

2. Application package:

(1) Application Form for Postdoctoral Admission at Zhejiang University

(2) Relevant supporting materials including

a. A copy of academic degree certificate, and a copy of ID card or passport;

b. A copy of all scientific research publications, awards and patents listed in the form;

c. 5 representative papers (full-text) and the proof of citation (subject to the seal of retrieval);

d. Full text of 5 representative other citation papers by other peer scientists;

e. Proof of your current study/work status and other important academic memberships at home and abroad;

f. Proof of the position at any international academic conferences, and a copy of the invitation letter for keynote speech;

g. Other important supporting materials.

3. Once approved by Zhejiang University, the selected candidates shall finish the registration procedures and will be subject to the management of Zhejiang University.


Ⅵ. Others

1. Successful applicants should finish the research work within the 2-year funding period. Application for extension as needed by research shall be submitted one month before the expiration date. The expenses shall be covered by supervisor during the extension.

2. The joint postdoctoral program may also serve as a potential talent pool for Zhejiang University. Qualified selected candidates may apply for the "Hundred Talents Program" or Distinguished Research Fellow (ZJU tenure track positions) after completion of the program.
